This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Vitalii Syrotynskyi, Individual Entrepreneur (Tax ID / RNOKPP: 3573501855), operating under the trade name West Tech.
We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to delivering results that meet the agreed scope. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Website Design & Development
Once a project has commenced — defined as the moment we begin design, development, or any preparatory work — no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or business direction.
- Failure to provide required materials, content, or approvals.
- Dissatisfaction with work completed in accordance with the agreed scope.
- Project cancellation initiated by the Client.
Before any work begins, we discuss the project scope in detail and provide a clear proposal. Payment confirms your acceptance of the agreed scope and these terms.
3. Maintenance Plan
Maintenance Plan is billed on a yearly basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the subscription term.
- Once the annual period has begun, the fee for that period is non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- We are unable to deliver the agreed services due to our own fault or force majeure, and no work has been started.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date by contacting us at info@wests.technology. Each request will be reviewed individually.
5. Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of services and recovery of costs incurred as a result of the dispute process.
